Erika relocated to Houston in 2010 and joined Avalon Advisors in September of 2011 as an Account Administrator. Erika will assist with the daily operational activities as well as contribute to the operations processes and controls within the group. Prior to Avalon, Erika spent several years working in the Financial Operations and Quality Audit areas of The Vanguard Group in Scottsdale, AZ. Erika also worked at the Corporate Headquarters of Mercer Advisors where she supported three Financial Advisors with their various client needs. Erika graduated in 2002 from Syracuse University with a double degree in Psychology and Sociology.
